Global subscription-based meal kit provider Marley Spoon (ASX:MMM) has extended its licencing and partnership agreement with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Marquee Brands for an additional 3 years.
The collaboration allows Marley Spoon customers to continue accessing some of Martha Stewart’s most ‘beloved’ recipes, according to the company.
Emmy award-winning television host and bestselling author Martha Stewart has been ‘instrumental’ in Marley Spoon’s success in the US market since they first started collaborating in 2016.
Marley Spoon Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Fabian Siegel says: “This not only signals our successful collaboration to date but also our commitment to continue offering our US customers the popular recipes from Martha’s trusted collection.”

Martha Stewart says that through this extended agreement, customers will continue to be able to access some of her favourite recipes with the ease of having farm-fresh ingredients delivered to their door.
Marley Spoon says over Q3 2023, its US segment accounted for 48% of global sales.
Marley Spoon is a global direct-to-consumer metal-kit company that provides customers with more than 100 weekly changing menu options.
The company currently operates various brands in Australia, the US, and Europe.
