IMEXHS (ASX:IME) subsidiary RIMAB has secured a $1.6 million radiology services contract with the San Carlos Hospital Foundation in the southern region of Bogota, Colombia.
The $25.49 million market capitalisation company says the 3-year contract is expected to contribute $530,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Under the agreement, IMEXHS’s cloud-based enterprise software will be implemented at the San Carlos Hospital Foundation.
IMEXHS Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Germán Arango says the company is ‘pleased’ to have been chosen as San Carlos’s radiology services partner.

This announcement comes a week after IMEXHS announced it had struck a deal with the Colombian National Police Force.
IMEXHS secured a $2 million contract involving radiology outsourcing services to 48,000 patients.
The San Carlos Hospital Foundation was founded in 1948 and focuses on providing high-complexity healthcare services, offering a portfolio of services in surgical specialties.
IMEXHS is a provider of medical imaging software and radiology services in 18 countries, including Australia, Colombia, and the US.
As of 30 June 2023, the company had $2 million cash at hand, according to its latest quarterly report.
